Automatic reminders are sent 7 and 4 days prior to scheduled appointments.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Clients are NOT required to confirm their scheduled appointments. Once booked, the appointment is considered active, and our cancellation policy applies.
To avoid a 100% service fee, appointments must be canceled at least 48 business hours in advance.
It is the client's responsibility to keep track of upcoming appointments.
